Head Sommelier, Michael Raebel has chosen each wine by hand to create an exciting and inspiring counterpart to Calum’s array of British brasserie dishes. Many of the wines are from grape varietals and vineyards in colder climates which offer a lighter and fresher quality, pairing beautifully with Calum’s cuisine and menus.
